Who is allowed to use the Sky Advent Calendar?
Anyone with a Sky account can access the Christmas calendar. They login with their known login details and open each day's door with the app "My Sky." The app is optimized for iOS and Android and can be downloaded for free in the respective appstores.
After logging in, participation is immediately possible. In previous years it wasn't necessary to provide a customer number for Sky, in order to participate in the prize draw. This has changed in 2018- this year participation was limited to customers of the pay TV provider.
In addition, Sky has not differentiated in the past whether a customer had an Sky Abo or a Sky Ticket. However, this has changed in 2019. Sky Ticket customers no longer have access to the Christmas calendar.

What prices can I win?
Price changes behind the door vary year to year. In years 2016-2018, for example, Sky customers could get a Samsung TV, a trip to New York City, or a digital camera.
Each prize winner will be notified of the details about that particular prize on the day of the respective contest. Before that, it is not possible to find out more information about the respective prize.
When will the Sky Advent calendar 2021 be available?
After Sky discontinued its annual Advent calendar last year, there is unfortunately no such thing in 2021. However, the company has not communicated any further information on this matter. This leaves hope that it might come back in 2022.
