Disney+ subscribers are looking forward to another exciting Marvel series in 2022. Kamala Khan, one of the most popular comic book characters, made her debut in Marvel's Cinematic Universe in a series that aired this year. Her first appearance on Disney+ will be on June 8th of that year.

However, Kamala quickly became a popular audience favorite. Consequently, it was no surprise that Marvel Studios announced a series about Kamala in 2019.

Kamala's parents, however, are from Pakistan, so she very often has to navigate between two completely different cultural groups. While her parents sometimes have traditional Muslim values, Kamala is a huge gamer and writes fanfiction around the Avengers and the other big heroes in her world.

If it is known who truly behind Ms. Marvel, then Kamala is in for a very tough confrontation: an interview with her parents.

The Marvel series is likely to be her first major role and could very well catapult her to success. Her parents are played by Zenobia Shroff and Mohan Kapur, while Saagar Shaikh takes on the role of Amir, Kamala's older brother.

Additionally, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha, Alyy Khan, Alysia Reiner, Fawad Khan and Mehwish Hayat are also confirmed for the next series with Disney+. However, which roles they will play has not yet been revealed by Marvel.

Ali has Pakistani roots and grew up in the United States. For the author, Ms. Marvel is not the first Marvel project she's worked on. Ali already belonged to the author's authorship circle for Loki.

To secure the production services of Marvel, among others, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah were employed. They are well-known for their work on the action movie Bad Boys for Life. In the case of Ms. Marvel, Arbi and Fallah took over the production duties of the series pilot and final episode. Other episodes were directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon.

The closure was finally in May of last year. The start date for the Marvel series is now also known: Ms. Marvel will appear in Germany exclusively on Disney+ starting on June 8.

If you are purchasing a Disney+ subscription, users can do so directly for a whole year, where the cost is charged at the beginning of the year for an entire year. The yearly Disney+ subscription costs 89.99 Euros. If looked at monthly, the price comes out to be around 7.50 Euros.
